" Gary Mesnick took care of all aspects of selling my house to meet my desired timeline. Gary Mesnick is a Superb Real Estate Agent, with many years of experience. A friend highly recommended him to me when I mentioned, in casual conversation, that I wanted to hire a good "Seller's Real Estate Agent." I had a target month by which I wanted to sell my house so that I could relocate to another State during the late summer months. Had I known that Gary would provide a huge amount of advice and assistance to me before we entered into a contract, I would have called him 2 months before the time I first contacted him. On our first meeting, he presented a notebook Powerpoint presentation of current real estate market statistics, advice, and his services and marketing strategy. " This being our first house hunt/purchase, we really didn’t know what to expect when we began the process. We tried our best to read first-time home buyer books and did an insane amount of research on the internet. We stumbled upon Gary on Angie’s List and were very impressed with his ratings/feedback. We got in touch with Gary and right away he arranged a meeting for us where he explained his approach to the home-buying process and how we would have his VIP client services. Gary was very understanding of our anxieties as first-time homebuyers and walked us through each step making the entire process very smooth & easy. " After six months of searching for a new house in our home city of Boston, my wife Sarah and I had just about given up hope.
